I’m Andy Pollard, founder of Pivotal Value.
I’ve spent over 30 years in Cost Engineering, working across top tier organisations at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and finance. My career has spanned automotive, aerospace, rail, power generation, and electric vehicles - supporting engineers, working with procurement and suppliers, and operating in boardroom environments where cost, risk, and commercial decisions carry real consequence.

The best cost engineers see the full picture - but the industry rarely sees them.
